The measurements and sizes for this Chubb/Union Sash Lock.
Remember!! The key hole is slightly different from any standard Sashlock.
The Chubb/Union 3K74 is ideal for passing with the Chubb/Union 3G114 Deadlock
The Sashlock comes in 2 sizes either the 2 ½” (67mm) or the 3” (80mm).
Some Chubb 5 Lever locks have been re-branded under the Union banner.
It has 2 hardened steel rollers in its 14 mm deadbolt, this helps prevent a sawing attack, as the rollers rotate on contact with the saw.
The roller bolt mechanism means that the latch does not have to be altered, as it works both ways.
Both sides of the lock are protected with anti drill plates, helping prevent attacks by drilling the lock.
The 5 lever mechanism, have anti pick devices, thus protecting, further, the lock from being picked.
This Sash lock comes with a 15 year guarantee.
It comes with all fixing screws and is supplied with 2 keys, but, extra keys can be ordered with the lock.
Remember!! This Sash lock has a different back set from most key operated locks and the key holes will not line up. If you require just a key change, there is no need to replace the whole lock, Keys Locks Padlocks WEB SHOP can supply you with Lever Packs, supplied with 2 new keys, (extra keys can be made when ordering the packs), which are easy to change and can save a fast amount of money.
The Chubb 3K74 Sashlock and 3G114 Deadlock are replacement locks.
The Chubb/Union 3G114 Lever Packs are exactly the same for the Chubb 5 lever locks in this range.
