The measurements and sizes for this Chubb
Sash Lock.
Remember!! The key hole is slightly different from any standard Sash lock.
The Chubb 3K75 Lock (Sashlock) comes in 2 sizes either the 2 ½” (67mm) or the 3” (80mm).
Some Chubb 5 Lever locks have been re-branded under the Union banner.
The deadbolt has 2 hardened steel rollers in its 14 mm deadbolt, this helps prevent a sawing attack, as the rollers rotate on contact with the saw.
The roller bolt mechanism means that the latch does not have to be altered, as it works both ways, the latch action is used by pulling down on the lever of a handle.
The 3K75 Mortice sash Lock is not a British standard lock, it is an ideal lock for interior use or for back doors, if the doors are fitted with insurance approved bolts.
The 5 lever mechanism, have anti pick devices, thus protecting, further, the lock from being picked.
This 3K74 Lock comes with a 15 year guarantee.
It comes with all fixing screws and is supplied with 2 keys, but, extra keys can be ordered with the lock.

Remember!! This 3K75 Lock has a different back set from most key operated locks and the key holes will not line up. If you require just a key change, there is no need to replace the whole lock, Keys-Locks-Padlocks WEB SHOP can supply you with Chubb 5 lever Lever Packs, supplied with 2 new keys, (extra keys can be made when ordering the packs), which are easy to change and can save a fast amount of money.
The Replacement Packs are supplied with 2 keys, but, extra Keys can be ordered when ordering locks.
Keys-Locks-Padlocks WEB SHOP can also supply these Packs on a pass key if required.
The Chubb 3G114 Levers fit the 3K75 Lock.
