The Asec AS1726 Lock (A12) is a roller bolt Night latch and is an ideal lock for apartments and rooms in private homes, or in multi occupied tenancy  buildings.  With this, rim lock you CANNOT lock yourself out of the room, as it needs a key to lock the rollerbolt into place.  But!  Can be opened and locked from the inside by turning the lever handle.

The Asec AS1726 Lock the Roller Bolt Standard Width (60mm backset) Nightlatch has a roller bolt making it ideal for use with door closers.

It does not lock automatically in the way a standard nightlatch would and can be locked by the handle on the inside or a key from the outside.

It comes with 2 keys and all fixing screws.

Can be purchased with cylinder or with case only.

The case is a grey finish.
