The Asec AS15 NightLatch Lock is an deal rim lock for a replacement to the Yale 85 Double Locking Rim Lock, or for fresh fitting, it is near enough the same lock, but, at a reduced cost.
It comes with a Brass Cylinder or a Satin Cylinder, it has 2 keys, extra keys can be supplied on ordering.
The Asec AS15 Equivalent to the Yale 85 comes with full fitting instructions, plus fixing screws.It can be purchased case only. The finish of the lock case is grey.
This Asec lock can be double locked, which means, when turning the key one complete turn from the outside, the lock cannot be opened from the inside, this is ideal if you have a glass panel in your door, as well as preventing the latch being slipped..
If fitting to a flat door or exterior door, it is suggested that a British Standard Deadlock be fitted as well, for Insurance purposes.
