The measurements and sizes for this Union 3K74 Sash Lock.

Remember!!  The dead lock key hole is slightly different from any standard deadlock.

The Union 3K74 is ideal for passing with the Union 3G114 Deadlock

The  Sashlock comes in 2 sizes either the 2 ½” (67mm) or the 3” (80mm).

Some Union  5 Lever locks have been trading under the Chubb banner.

It has 2 hardened steel rollers in its 14 mm deadbolt, this helps prevent a sawing attack, as the rollers rotate on contact with the saw.

The roller bolt mechanism means that the latch does not have to be altered, as it works both ways.

Both sides of the lock are protected with anti drill plates, helping prevent attacks by drilling the lock.

The 5 lever mechanism, have anti pick devices, thus protecting, further, the lock from being picked.

This  Sashlock comes with a 15 year guarantee.

It comes with all fixing screws and is supplied with 2 keys, but, extra keys can be ordered with the lock.

This lock can be passed with each other or with the Union 3G114, so that one key will operate all locks under the designated pass key.  We undertake any passing in house.
