The Union Essential Sash Lock and the Dead Lock are Locks which give great value for money, they can be passed with each other as well as being passed with themselves, so that all the locks can be keyed alike on one key.
The door can latch and needs handles from both sides to unlatch the door. The lock is locked with a key from both sides.

These 3 lever Mortice Union Essential Sash Locks offer outstanding value for money, without compromising on everyday performance and quality.
The 3 lever Mortice Union Essential Sash Lock are designed for timber doors and can replace many other 3 lever mortice locks, without the need for to much additional carpentry work or spoiling the edge of the door.
The latch is reversible needs a pair of handles to operate the latch action.
Secure positive dead locking created with their 14mm deadbolt which can be locked or unlocked by the key from either side.
Supplied with 2 keys and a striking plate to match the single piece for end.
Comes in either Brass or Chrome plated.
