Asec AS14 40mm Rimlatch Non Deadlocking Nightlatch the locking latch is a direct replacement for the Yale 84 latch.
The lock case is also available on it's own enabling use with own cylinders. This latch is 40mm back set and comes in Polished Brass and Satin chrome cylinders. Can be fitted onto doors up to 57mm thick (or 54mm if used with a cylinder pull)

The Asec AS14 40mm Rimlatch Non Deadlocking. Yale 84 Equivalent Rim Lock (Asec AS14) is an deal Night Latch for a replacement to the Yale 84 Rim Lock, or for fresh fitting, it is near enough the same lock, but, at a reduced cost.
The Night latch is a non-double locking night latch, which means it cannot be double locked from the outside.
It comes with a Brass Cylinder or a Satin Cylinder, it has 2 keys, extra keys can be supplied on ordering.
The Asec Equivalent to the Yale 84 comes with full fitting instructions, plus fixing screws. It can be purchased case only. The finish of the lock case is grey.
This Asec lock cannot be double locked, if fitting to a flat door or exterior door, it is suggested that a British Standard Deadlock be fitted as well, for Insurance purposes.
