The Asec Traditional Night Latch Nightlatch Replaces the Yale 77 at a lower cost. It is a basic rim latch. It can be snibbed from the inside, so lock will not open with the key from outside. The snib will also hold the latch back into the case Purchase it through Keys-Locks-Padlocks WEB Shop.
We do master and pass these locks in our workshop.

Asec Traditional Night Latch

The Asec Traditional Nightlatch 60mm back set, is a direct replacement for the Yale 77 night latch, the screw holes match, therefore there is no extra work to undertake when fitting the lock.

There is also a narrow style 40 mm back set, version of the traditional lock.

Both locks come either with a six pinned brass or satin cylinder, the locks are suitable for solid wooden doors, they have a turn knob operation and can be snibbed from the inside.

Both locks come with all fixing screws and instruction on fitting and are supplied with 2 keys.

These locks can be passed or mastered with any of the same type

Both styles of these lock come in the traditional greenish colour of the Yale 77.

If you need to fit the above lock to an outward opening door, you will need a Reverse Latch Plate.
